John L. Pierce, President

John is a nationally recognized media broker, dealing exclusively with the sale of radio and television stations throughout the country for over 25 years. 

In 1975 he started Paragon Advertising, which places media clients and syndicated programs on radio and television. It was in 1999 that he started John Pierce and Company, devoting his full attention and time to media brokering. Since then he has worked with clients such as Clear Channel, ABC-Disney, Salem, Educational Media Foundation, Beasley Broadcasting, Mortenson Broadcasting, Crawford Broadcasting and other respected and well known media entities.

His years of experience and knowledge relative to the valuation of broadcasting properties, his involvement in negotiations for their sale and his service as a consultant to both buyers and sellers make him uniquely qualified to provide accurate valuations of broadcast properties.  John is a member of The National Association of Broadcasters as well as the National Association of Media Brokers. Since 2000 John Pierce & Company, LLC has consistently been within the Top 10 ranks by number of transactions.

Robin Webster, VP

Robin brings a level of expertise in consulting and media planning that is rarely surpassed in her industry.  Robin has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all facets of their media outreach, from one station start ups to nationwide coverage through radio. Robin has built an impeccable reputation in the media industry as an effective and efficient negotiator.  Her level of confidence and caring is beyond that of almost anyone in the media industry.  With this background, Robin Webster’s role has firmly established a strong presence for John Pierce & Company, LLC in the world of radio.   Robin also sits as the CEO of Paragon Advertising and Communications.

Stephanie Daniels, Associate Director

With a degree in Public Relations from Northern Kentucky University, Stephanie's extensive experience and education in corporate planning has made her a valuable element to our team.  Stephanie is responsible for finding both buyers and sellers of FM and AM stations nationwide and then assisting them during negotiations. Stephanie also specializes in station appraisals.

Becky Grizovic, EFO  

With a degree in Finance from Cincinnati State and over 15 years of accounting experience, Becky plays a key role at John Pierce & Company, LLC and is the chief financial spokesperson for the company.  Becky manages all company accounting practices as well as financial strategies and corporate investment portfolios.  Becky also oversees short and long term financial projections and organizes and implements all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, projection analysis and the forecasting of upcoming financial needs.
