I,
John L. Pierce, in my role as media broker, deal exclusively
with the sale of radio and television stations. In that capacity,
I am engaged in evaluations for broadcasting properties, negotiations
for their sale and as a consultant to both buyers and sellers.
I am a member of The National Association of Broadcasters as
well as the National Association of Media Brokers.Prior
to devoting full time to media brokerage, I have been President
of Paragon Advertising and Communications, Inc. and am still
President and owner of this full service company based near
Cincinnati. Paragon deals with every type of radio and television
station in the United States.In
1993, I became Managing Partner of Force Communications &
Consultants, LLC with Hal Gore and John Lauer. After providing
my services to clients for six years under that title, I decided
to expand and start my own brokerage company. In October 1999
I founded John Pierce & Company, LLC. This company serves
as a full service brokerage, appraisal and consulting business
to both buyers and sellers.During
the 1980’s into 1993, I also owned stations in Cincinnati,
Ohio, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Birmingham, Alabama. I have been
in broadcasting as both staff manager and a news director and
also did some managing of small market radio stations.
